BEFORE WE START

Your IT questions.

Speak to our team on
020 8087 4981

Can we have a single monthly managed-service agreement?

Yes. We can scope a coordinated agreement covering selected workplace, cloud, security and resilience services. The service schedule defines what is included, how it is measured and which supplier costs or projects remain separate.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

A co-managed agreement defines which systems and activities remain with your team and which are assigned to the managed service. Escalation, access, reporting and change approval are agreed during onboarding.

Do you offer 24/7 coverage?

Around-the-clock monitoring or support can be discussed as a contract requirement. The proposal must confirm the delivery model, staffed coverage, escalation commitments and permitted response actions. It is not an automatic inclusion in every programme.

What happens when we join or change provider?

Onboarding reviews the estate, access and documentation, establishes agreed management baselines and plans the supplier handover. Timings, dependencies and any onboarding charges are confirmed before the transition.
